Available Disciplines
OGDCL is seeking female graduates with qualifications in the following disciplines:
- Bachelor of Engineering (04 years degree recognized by HEC/PEC)
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree (16 years of education) in:
- Management Sciences (HR, Accounting & Finance, Commerce, Marketing, Public Administration, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management)
- Environmental Sciences
- Media Studies
- Law

Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: Maximum 26 years
- Academic Requirements:
- Minimum CGPA of 2.50 or 1st Division (60% & above) for degrees where CGPA is not applicable.
- Other Requirements:
- Candidates must have their final results announced before the closing date, which is October 21, 2024.
- Applicants with foreign academic qualifications must provide an HEC equivalence certificate.
General Instructions
- Selection Process: Selection will be based on eligibility criteria as mentioned in the advertisement. The selection may be nullified if the candidate is found ineligible at any stage.
- Training: Selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive one-year training program.
- Full-Time Employment: Upon successful completion, candidates will be evaluated, and full-time employment will be offered based on performance.
- No TA/DA: No travel or accommodation allowance will be provided for appearing in tests or interviews.
- Written Test: The written test will be conducted by IBA Karachi at designated centers.
- Application Fee: A non-refundable/non-transferable processing fee of Rs. 2,000 must be paid at any branch of Meezan Bank Limited.
